JOB DESCRIPTION
Guesty is looking for an IT Specialist to join our IT Department to support the company employees and be part of a fast-paced growing company.
This position is for an IT Ninja to support and manage incidents, issues, and IT-related inquiries across the business and would like to grow and learn in a great company.
Responsibilities
● Provide IT support for Guesty employees - using Windows and MAC.
● Diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
● Training and onboarding new employees.
● Manage and maintain IT inventory.
● Monitor and work with the Help desk support ticketing system.
● Follow IT procedures and maintain the IT documentation.
● Support office network hardware and infrastructure.
Requirements
● 2-3 years of work experience (or equivalent experience from startup companies).
● Knowledge of SAAS applications (Google Workspace & Office 365)
● Vast knowledge of Apple OS X.
● Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops)
● Great communication skills for communication with employees globally and
within the global IT group.
● Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
● English - high level (spoken and written).
● Experience with Okta (single sign-on)
● Vast experience with Jamf.
