We’re looking for a seasoned, strategic, B2B marketer to bring passion, creativity and
innovation to our growing marketing team. As the Demand Generation Lead for APAC, you’ll
report to the Marketing Director, APAC GTM and own the digital and offline demand generation
and lead generation strategies across our SMB and Enterprise segments.
You will be a critical driver in our effort to drive volume and velocity across the marketing funnel.
You will be the APAC regional lead who will support a team of local marketers across SEA,
Pakistan, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia. The local marketers will be counting on your
strategies to deliver impactful activities across the SMB and Enterprise business units.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Demand Generation programs, including setting strategies and tactics through
working closely with local marketing managers across APAC.
• Develop strategies to acquire, qualify and nurture leads and progress opportunities.
Deliver a delightful end to end experience, taking into consideration the customer
journey including awareness, consideration and purchase phases.
• Work closely with the team of local marketers across APAC to understand and
incorporate market demand and opportunities to deliver impactful and localized
demand generation programs.

• Continuous optimization based on measuring actual vs forecast results, along with input
from local business teams.
• Identify new optimization tests and growth opportunities for faster growth, higher lifetime
value, and lower cost per acquisition.
• Proactively collaborate with our Sales, Customer Success and Partnership teams to
understand how demand generation activities impact the rest of the business and to
align with them on planned initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global marketing teams to ensure best practices are shared and
implemented across APAC.
• Communicate with executive leaders on an ongoing basis regarding business results
and updates.
Skills, Qualification and Experience
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• You have 8-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing roles
with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth, preferably in the technology
space.
• You have deep knowledge of demand generation methods, including creating a funnel,
and nurture strategies, both digital and offline.
• Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through
innovative strategies and execution.
• You are a critical thinker with an ability to look beyond the obvious to identify areas of
opportunity.
• You have a customer-first mindset and understand the cultural nuances across APAC.
• You understand the big picture and can debate strategy with management, and at the
same time, you dive into the details and can influence decisions.
• You are a clear communicator, able to distil complex topics and ambiguous information
into thoughtful analyses and actionable recommendations.
