Description

We're hiring a Head of Marketing with a strong background in B2B SaaS and startup environments. This role is pivotal for someone ready to take charge of our marketing efforts, drive demand generation, and contribute to our growth story. You'll lead a team to craft strategies that resonate with our business customers, leveraging your startup savvy to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing team with a focus on performance and growth. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Provide strategic direction for developing and executing demand-generation programs. Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, and ABM initiatives, guiding the team while occasionally diving into execution as needed.
  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure product marketing efforts align with the company's overall marketing strategy and business goals.
  • Create and implement brand strategies that align with our focus, establishing us as thought leaders in the construction-tech space.
  • Design strategies for engaging existing customers, leveraging insights to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Champion a data-driven culture within the marketing team, emphasizing the importance of analytics in shaping marketing strategies and measuring success. Oversee the collection and analysis of marketing data, stepping in to directly analyze data for high-stakes decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, particularly in demand generation within B2B SaaS and startup environments.
  • Broad knowledge of marketing disciplines, including product marketing, branding, customer marketing, and marketing operations, with an ability to strategically oversee these areas.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing demand generation strategies in the SaaS sector, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and ABM strategies tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly, with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, manage, and mentor a diverse marketing team toward achieving their best.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
