The Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Operations Project Manager to play a critical role in aligning and driving the large-scale data initiatives that fuel our groundbreaking products. This position will oversee the coordination of data pipelines, AI/ML operations, and data engineering efforts—ensuring that our data operation remains robust, scalable, and at the cutting edge of mapping technology. The ideal candidate will collaborate across operational, engineering, and product teams to ensure project milestones are met and processes are optimized to support our growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Drive large-scale data initiatives by coordinating efforts across multiple teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with data engineering, AI/ML teams, and operations teams to ensure project scopes reflect both business needs and technical feasibility
• Process Development: Establish, document, and refine processes to streamline the production and delivery of data assets, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Status Reporting: Lead ongoing status meetings, create progress reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure visibility across teams and stakeholders.
• Operational Analytics: Act as an analyst to provide insights and recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, improve data quality, and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks in the data manufacturing process, working proactively to mitigate issues.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure appropriate resource allocation and task prioritization across different teams to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Alignment with Product Teams: Collaborate with product managers to translate project requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring technical foundations are in place for product initiatives.

• At least 3 years of proven track record in data operations, project management, or program management in a product-based, data-driven tech company
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, AI/ML processes, and large-scale data initiatives.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development cycles.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and a methodological approach to project management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, in Hebrew and English, with an ability to translate complex operational details into executive-level insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in data science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with geographic data sets or GIS systems
