The Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to collaborate closely with our VP of Product and play a pivotal role in our organization. You will lead the product’s core capabilities from strategy to execution, driving collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a unique solution that transforms the traditional construction industry.

To succeed in this role, you need to be results-focused, strategic, curious, and strong in both analysis and business thinking. You will lead and grow the core product solution at 4M, helping to shape and drive the best direction for our product roadmap.

We’re looking for a natural leader who’s passionate about AI and user experience, loves learning and building new products from scratch, and has solid product management experience. The right person will thrive in fast-moving environments, work well with different teams, and lead through influence.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams and engage with users to gather feedback, drive product adoption, and align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Drive product adoption and engagement by delivering user-centric experiences powered by machine learning while actively gathering feedback from users and customers to inform continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: At least 4 years as a Product Manager, working with technology products in a B2B SaaS startup with a track record of delivering impactful products.
  • Strategic and Impact-Focused: Strong strategic mindset with a “business-first” approach, balancing immediate priorities with long-term goals.
  • Self-Motivated Leader: Confident in making decisions and driving progress without full consensus, with a strong inclination toward action.
  • Problem-Solver: Adept at breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps that speed up decision-making.
  • Clear Communicator: Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product decisions and the reasoning behind them effectively.
  • Data-Driven: Skilled at leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform and guide product decisions.
  • AI Expertise: Previous experience working on AI products is a significant advantage.
