The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to drive and align large-scale data projects that power our innovative product. This role will oversee the coordination of data pipelines, AI/ML operations, and data engineering efforts, ensuring our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and cutting-edge. The ideal candidate will work closely with operational, engineering, and product teams to meet project milestones, optimize processes, and support our growth and innovation in mapping technology. This position is pivotal in maintaining alignment between technical execution and business objectives, enabling the delivery of high-impact data products.
Responsibilities:
- Product Alignment: Translate product requirements into operational plans.
- Project Execution: Lead data initiatives by coordinating teams and aligning with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, data, AI/ML, and ops teams to ensure project feasibility, alignment, and execution.
- Process Optimization: Refine processes to improve the efficiency and scalability of data workflows.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, report progress, and maintain visibility across teams.
- Operational Insights: Identify inefficiencies and improve data quality and performance.
- Risk Management: Address risks and ensure smooth, timely project delivery.
- Resource Management: Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations, data ops, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines and AI/ML.
- Agile experience and cross-team collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- An analytical mindset focused on efficiency.
- Strong communication (Hebrew and English).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in product management or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with geographic data sets or GIS system
