The Opportunity
A curious, creative and talented Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, to join our HR team and play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring THE best talent out there that matches our unique needs, while also strengthening our employer brand and helping us build a distinctive, thriving culture.
This Position Reports to: Head of HR
Location: Tel Aviv
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles (Junior to Senior-level) in Israel and the US. From job posting to offers, including conducting in-depth HR interviews.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media and networking. Creative in finding candidates from non-traditional sources.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication, feedback, and a positive impression of the company.
- Successfully Partner with hiring managers, TLs to executives, to understand their hiring needs and create effective job descriptions and custom hiring strategy.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- 100% Data-driven: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (time to hire, source of hire, etc.) while providing regular reports and insights to executives and hiring managers. Continuously assess and enhance the recruitment process through data insights, industry best practices, and feedback, to optimize hiring strategies and decision-making.
Employer Branding:
- Act as a brand ambassador for 4M, helping to shape and promote a positive, authentic, and engaging employer brand both internally and externally.
- Drive initiatives to raise awareness of 4M in the job market, including social media engagement, online campaigns, and participation in industry events and career fairs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within fast-paced, product-driven startups
- Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions
- Experience in global recruiting (mainly US) - a Must
- Experience in recruiting for GTM functions - a Must
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and promoting a positive organizational image
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics to refine processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Creative, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to think outside the box and make strategic decisions
- Experience working with Comeet and Hibob - an advantage
- Passion for recruitment and a genuine interest in people and organizational culture, with the ability and will to contribute to broader HR initiatives (such as employee engagement, retention, or talent development) moving forward
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and critical projects simultaneously - a Must
