Description
Who We Are:
The 4M story is likely one you haven’t heard before: We are on a mission to unlock access to the world below us, to do for the world below ground what Google Maps did for the world above. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we are mapping the subsurface infrastructure to make reliable, real-time utility data accessible to the construction industry - completely transforming a traditional industry. We’re a growing startup with 100 employees currently based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Austin, Texas.
The Opportunity
As an IT Manager at 4M reporting to the VP R&D, you’ll lead and scale our corporate IT operations — from service desk and infrastructure to networks, security, systems, and new tech rollouts. In this hybrid role, you’ll combine hands-on execution with strategic oversight, ensuring our internal tech supports fast growth and high performance.
You’ll bring a practical solution-oriented mindset, build and enforce IT policies, and collaborate across teams to drive reliability and efficiency. This is a high-impact role with strong cross-org visibility and growth potential as the company expands.

- Lead IT improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with the R&D architecture team to define IT solutions that support development needs and align with IT and security policies.
- Strengthen the company’s security posture by implementing and enforcing key processes, leading incident response, managing phishing incidents, investigating alerts, and coordinating vulnerability remediation.
