Our Utility AI platform provides instant, verified subsurface utility data to reduce risk, accelerate planning, and increase safety for infrastructure projects across the U.S.
We’re growing fast, with teams based in Austin, Texas; US remote; and Tel Aviv, Israel serving some of the largest DOTs and Civil Engineering firms in the United States
About the role:
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Field & Events Marketing Manager to lead our event strategy across third-party conferences, field activations, sponsorships, and owned events. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the event calendar across field events, trade shows, partner events.

- Coordinate across Growth, Sales, and Operations to streamline workflows, processes, and communication before, during, and after events
- Oversee event sponsorships and negotiate contracts with vendors and organizers.
- Partner with Sales and PMM to align events to pipeline goals and ensure pre- and post-event workflows drive ROI.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, responsibilities, and deliverables. Work with Content and PMM teams on event messaging, presentations, speaking submissions, and promotional materials.
- Track and report on event performance metrics (meetings, influenced pipeline, ROI) and continuously improve execution.
