The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their Customer Success career who is eager to build relationships, drive product adoption, and help customers realize measurable value from 4M. You’ll work closely with internal teams and your customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, ongoing engagement, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Support onboarding and training activities to set customers up for success and drive early adoption.
  • Monitor product usage and customer health to identify opportunities for engagement, growth, or risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support renewal and expansion discussions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Help capture customer feedback to inform product improvements and share success stories across the organization.
  • Leverage CRM and BI tools to track key metrics, ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Curious, data-driven, and motivated to understand customer workflows and deliver business value.
  • Adaptable and resourceful — thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM or CS platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools.
  • Exposure to the AEC, utilities, or infrastructure industries is a plus.
