The Role

We’re hiring a Web3 Growth Strategist to own relationships with high-value clients and help them unlock the full value of our platform. This hybrid role blends performance marketing, growth strategy, and product innovation — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, client advisory, and revenue generation.

You’ll drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while shaping the future of our marketing services and client strategy offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic growth partner to a portfolio of top-tier clients
  • Own KPIs across retention, renewals, upsells, and account expansion
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance (X/Twitter Ads, display, retargeting)
  • Identify whitespace and execute cross-sell opportunities into our broader service suite
  • Lead onboarding and educate clients on using Addressable to activate onchain audiences
  • Collaborate with internal media, product, and sales teams on campaign innovation
  • Contribute to the evolution of new GTM products and offerings
​​​​​​​What You Bring
  • 2–5 years in performance marketing, growth strategy, or customer success
  • Track record of driving upsells, renewals, or expansion in SaaS, agency, or martech environments
  • Strong analytical skills — fluent in CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion funnels
  • Prior experience or strong familiarity with Web3, crypto, or blockchain ecosystems
  • Bonus: Hands-on work with X/Twitter Ads, programmatic display, or CRM/retargeting platforms
  • High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, async-friendly environment
  • Strong communicator with a strategic, commercial lens
