We’re looking for our first Pre-Sales Engineer- a foundational, high-impact role with direct influence on how Aryon is positioned, sold, and adopted by customers. This is a unique opportunity to build the pre-sales function from the ground up, shape processes, and become a key player in the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
Build and own the technical sales function from day one.
Partner closely with founders and sales to design and scale the technical sales process.
Lead technical demos, and customer-facing engagements- turning every interaction into a winning experience.
Translate deep technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value
Support deals end-to-end- from first conversation to close
Create core GTM assets: demos, presentations, whitepapers, and technical/marketing content
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers on cloud security best practices
Work closely with product, research, and engineering- bringing customer feedback directly into the product
Help shape Aryon’s messaging, positioning, and overall sales strategy
Working closely with Aryon’s SDR and the sales team.
Requirements
Strong cybersecurity background- must.
Technical background (engineering / research / similar roles)- must.
Strong research mindset and curiosity.
Experience in customer-facing roles (Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering / Technical Sales / Support).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Sales-oriented mindset – ability to influence, persuade, and drive deals forward.
Strong presence, high ownership, and ability to lead from the front.
High motivation and a “get things done” attitude.
Native-level or near-native English (written and spoken)- must.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Nice To Have
Experience creating technical or marketing content.
Early stage startup experience.
Familiarity with cloud environments and modern security challenges.
