Bizzabo is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer in Kyiv to join our fantastic engineering team. We use React and Node.js, with Next.js as our preferred framework. We also incorporate a central monorepo of internal, tailor-made npm packages to streamline code management. In addition, we leverage serverless architecture for specific use cases, enabling scalability and flexibility. As a senior member of the R&D team, you will lead initiatives from scratch, develop your peers and colleagues by providing advice, mentorship, and guidance, bring innovation to your team, and lead by example.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Work in a cross-functional team to collaboratively deliver excellent value to customers by understanding their needs and challenging requirements.
• Lead end-to-end feature development.
• Partner with UX designers, effectively translating and implementing Figma designs into functional interfaces.
• Be dedicated to product quality through architecture planning, code review, monitoring, and communication with customer-facing teams.
• Develop and test infrastructure to ensure high performance.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
• Proven experience with React.
• 1+ year of experience developing react-native applications
• Experience with server-side development using Node.js.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and maintain complex web applications.
• Experience working with RESTful web services and 3rd party APIs like Zapier, Salesforce, and Slack.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

WHAT WOULD BE A BONUS

• Familiarity with modern styling frameworks like MUI.
• Experience with TDD or a strong testing culture.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud infrastructure
• You are the author of a technical blog.
• Computer science degree from a leading institute.
