We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive full-time in-house Senior Bookkeeper to join our team in Tel Aviv.
As our in-house bookkeeping expert, you will be at the core of our day-to-day bookkeeping operations. You'll work closely with our company's Controllers and play a crucial role in overseeing the work of our external bookkeeping team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the board. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives on independence and takes full ownership of their work. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work, allowing for greater flexibility.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Handle the day-to-day bookkeeping operations: Take full ownership of all in-house Bookkeeping activities.
- Oversee the outsourced bookkeeping team: Act as the primary point of contact, supervising their work, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Take charge of our ERP system: Manage and control all bookkeeping processes within NetSuite, ensuring the data integrity.
- Drive the monthly closing process: Perform full-cycle monthly closing, including posting and reconciling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts, credit cards, and multi-currency intercompany transactions.
- Handle tax and regulatory reporting: Prepare and submit all monthly and annual reports to Israeli authorities (e.g., VAT, payroll tax reports, etc.).
- Handle payments & bank transfers: Oversee and execute payments to vendors, and manage bank transfers between the company's accounts.
Who You Are
- Experienced Professional: You are a certified Bookkeeper – Type 3 with at least 3 years of proven, hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably within a high-tech company.
- NetSuite Expert: You have proven experience using NetSuite in a full-cycle bookkeeping capacity - A Must.
- Multitasker: You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
- Tech Savvy: You have excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong Communicator: You have a high level of English (written and verbal communication).
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a role with oversight of an outsourced bookkeeping or accounting team.
- Familiarity with Israeli payroll processes and software (e.g., Shiklulit).
