About The Role:

The Regional Sales Director will play a key leadership role in driving revenue generation, building and scaling the sales team, expanding market share and establishing the company as a leader in the construction-tech sector in the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions. This individual will be responsible for helping develop and execute a strategic sales plan, establishing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles in similar industries, with a track record of securing six-figure and seven-figure deals as a minimum, and experience of delivering enterprise-level transactions.
  • Experience in sales to the Construction industry is a requirement .
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing, national and regional sales teams, including management experience at the Sales Director level or higher.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills to drive the development and execution of impactful sales strategies.
  • Hands-on experience and a commitment to direct involvement with C-level executives of top-tier clients, as part of a client-centric approach.
  • Strong comprehension of technology products and services, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse, non-technical audience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering the ability to build strong rapport with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
