About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly capable and driven Director of Customer Success to lead our implementation efforts across our most complex and strategic enterprise projects. This person will manage a team of Customer Success Managers and will be responsible for designing and executing the implementation strategy that drives long-term customer success.
Customer Success Managers in Buildots are in charge of making sure that project teams extract the maximal value possible from the product, incorporate it into their workflows, and can be referenced in the company’s main goal - expanding to more projects within the account. The team is also critical in Marketing (building case studies) and Product (gathering feedback and observations from projects) efforts.
Buildots is looking for a team leader for the Customer Success Managers team. The team manages all projects globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers operating across multiple high-impact projects
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from onboarding to value realization—ensuring a smooth and high-impact rollout
- Develop and refine scalable implementation methodologies that balance standardization with flexibility
- Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Data, and Delivery to align efforts and deliver value to our clients
- Travel regularly to client sites (primarily in North America and Europe) to support field implementation and strengthen relationships
- Act as a strategic advisor to both internal stakeholders and external client teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading SaaS implementation processes, ideally in a B2B or enterprise environment
- Proven track record of managing and scaling customer-facing teams (Implementation, Customer Success, or Professional Services)
- Strong operational and project management skills with experience leading complex multi-stakeholder engagements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
- Bonus: Background in the construction industry or experience working with general contractors
