About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support Buildots’ exciting growth.
This is a meaningful, full-time role where you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring every candidate receives the best possible experience throughout the hiring process. You’ll take ownership of interview coordination, candidate communication, and process tracking, while also contributing to sourcing activities and recruitment projects.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with some administrative or recruitment experience who are eager to grow within Talent Acquisition and play a key role in scaling a successful startup.
Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition: scheduling interviews and providing candidates with relevant information — you’ll often be the first person they meet.
- Ensure everything is ready and running smoothly before on-site interviews.
- Use the recruitment system to document and track the process.
- Create and post job descriptions on LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Follow up with candidates after their interviews.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
- Support sourcing activities for open positions.
- Contribute to special projects within the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- A people person: fun, positive, pleasant, patient, and service-oriented — the kind of person everyone is happy to meet.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, sales, customer service, or recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- This is a full-time position with flexibility to occasionally work from home.
