About the Role:
We are growing and are looking for a talented Office Manager to join our Operations Team and be the heart of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively. If you are a people person, multitasker, well organized with a can do approach, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to employees as needed, ensuring a smooth and positive workplace experience.
- Full ownership of all aspects related to day-to-day office operations and budget.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve office operations, processes, and the overall workplace environment.
- Choose and manage vendors and service providers, handle contracts and price negotiations.
- Manage operational aspects of onboarding and offboarding employees including office setup, swag, and compliance processes.
- Work closely with the Employee Experience Lead to execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and office culture, including happy hours, company gifts and anniversaries.
Requirements:
- +2 years of proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role experience in a Startup\Hi-Tech industry
- Energetic, Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace
- Experience working with relevant software tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Bob, and other workplace management systems)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Passionate about creating a positive and supportive workplace experience
