About Buildots
Buildots is transforming construction management with AI and computer vision.
Our AI-powered SaaS platform automates on-site progress tracking and turns complex construction data into clear, actionable insights. By giving teams real-time visibility into what’s actually happening on-site, Buildots helps construction professionals plan smarter, improve efficiency, and significantly reduce costly delays.
The $13 trillion construction industry has seen very little technological disruption over the past century. Buildots is changing that. Backed by leading VCs and construction industry pioneers, we are driving a new performance-driven approach to how projects are managed and delivered.
Already deployed on hundreds of projects across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, Buildots is trusted by some of the world’s leading contractors, consultants, and owners — including Intel, VINCI Construction, Turner, Multiplex, Tidhar, and Azrieli Group.
As we continue our rapid global growth, we’re building a team that’s passionate about solving complex real-world problems and shaping the future of one of the world’s largest industries.
About the Role
The AIOps Analyst works at the intersection of operations, data analysis, and algorithm-driven systems in production. The role focuses on monitoring, validating, and investigating algorithm behavior in live environments to ensure accurate, reliable, and scalable automation.
The position combines daily operational ownership with data-driven analysis of algorithm outputs, configurations, and performance metrics. Working closely with R&D and technical product teams, the AIOps Analyst drives continuous optimization and improvement to maximize algorithm performance and business impact.
What you'll do:
- Own the day-to-day monitoring and validation of algorithm-driven systems in production, ensuring accuracy, stability, and automation quality.
- Perform in-depth data analysis of algorithm outputs, performance metrics, and configurations to identify anomalies, quality gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Investigate production issues related to algorithm behavior, data inconsistencies, or system logic, and lead structured root cause analysis (RCA) processes.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and metric reviews to assess alignment between algorithm predictions and ground truth.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and technical product teams, providing data-driven insights to improve models, logic, and automation flows.
- Support the development, refinement, and optimization of internal monitoring tools, analysis methods, and operational processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis using Excel and dashboards.
- Investigative mindset with the ability to understand and analyze complex systems and workflows.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment within a growing and constantly evolving team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and operational teams.
- Curiosity and motivation to develop a deep understanding of algorithm behavior, data pipelines, and system logic.
- Experience with Python - an advantage.
- Basic understanding of algorithms, machine learning, or AI-driven systems - an advantage.
