About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Office Admin who will serve as the face and first point of contact for the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and vendors
- Manage front desk coverage during office hours
- Provide administrative support to employees on various requests and inquiries
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, deliveries and shipments, groceries, and general office needs
- Support office events, team activities, and company meetings
- Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional office atmosphere
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or service-oriented role
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels
