CardinalOps is seeking a Mid Level Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet customer needs and business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving product success and a keen understanding of market trends.

• 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles in the cybersecurity space.
• A deep understanding and experience in at least one of these cybersecurity markets - SIEM, EASM, CTEM, Threat Intelligence
• Experience working with security engineers
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Strong understanding of user experience and design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy
• Translate business goals and customer needs into detailed product requirements
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop, test, and launch new features
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Analyze product performance metrics and iterate to improve user experience
• Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally
• Deliver regular updates on product status and progress to senior management
