Description
CardinalOps is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to support marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive event engagement, generate demand for our solutions, and increase high-quality leads and revenue. This employee will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with a cross-departmental team of professionals including Product Marketing, Sales, BDRs, and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketer that is task-oriented and able to excel in an early-stage startup environment. They should be willing to take on new challenges and be a team player that is willing to contribute in a myriad of ways. CardinalOps Threat Exposure Management is the only AI-powered CTEM platform to integrate both prevention and detection controls to provide unified visibility into exposure risk across multiple domains, facilitating context-driven prioritization, and automated and safe remediation. CardinalOps is currently being leveraged by security teams protecting some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations across the Fortune 2000.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a marketing role, preferably for a B2B, SaaS or tech company (cyber experience preferred)
- Prior experience working for an early stage startup a big plus
- Prior experience with lead generation campaigns
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to navigate changing priorities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication and a creative mindset
- Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Skilled collaborator with experience driving cross-functional initiatives and working on high-visibility projects
- Based in the US (this is a remote role)
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute digital campaigns that drive high quality lead generation through multiple channels leveraging webinars, events, email, organic social, paid search and social, retargeting, and more.
- Be accountable for regional demand generation goals and lead hand-off / follow-up to ensure lead volume and funnel efficiencies are optimized and aligned with pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with event coordinator to manage and execute in-person industry conferences (ex: RSAC, Black Hat, etc.), partner and regional events, and trade shows that maximize brand outreach and lead generation.
- Own the content for campaigns, including reports, eBooks, white papers, infographics, promotional offers, and more.
- Leverage account-based marketing and selling tactics as an efficient way to drive demand.
- Manage and optimize email marketing including marketing emails (HubSpot) and nurture programs along with Sales/BDR templates and cadences.
- Support internal team by managing content resource library and assisting in enablement efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage the company's online reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
