The Opportunity:
We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive revenue growth and own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close. You’ll operate as a true business partner to your prospects and customers, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and R&D to deliver real value and solve meaningful challenges in the cybersecurity space.
This is a hands-on role for a driven, results-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years selling SaaS solutions in the security space to enterprise customers.
- Results-oriented - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity buyer—especially in Exposure Management (CTEM), SIEM, XDR, Posture Management (xSPM) or threat intelligence.
- Strong storyteller who can tailor value narratives to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in executing a formal sales process and possess familiarity with qualification frameworks and sales management tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- This is a fully remote US-based position. Willingness and ability to travel as needed in the US and aboard.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a regional sales territory to achieve and exceed quota targets.
- Lead the sales cycle from pipeline generation to close.
- Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers.
- Grow CardinalOps presence with alliance and channel partners.
- Attend marketing events, conferences, and industry networking events.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success and the Executive team to ensure a seamless customer journey and strategy alignment.
- Understand what matters most to security leaders and clearly show how CardinalOps solution helps them reduce risk.
- Provide market feedback that helps us improve how we sell, message, and win deals.
