Position: Sales Development Representative

The Opportunity: Learn from the Best

Are you a naturally curious person who finds yourself constantly asking "why?" Do you enjoy taking a "messy" or complex idea and breaking it down so your friends can understand it?

We are looking for a high-potential Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Cybersecurity & Risk Resilience team. This isn’t just a "data entry" job. This is an apprenticeship-style role where you will work directly under industry veterans who have been navigating the cyber-risk landscape for years. We don’t expect you to be a security expert on Day 1—we expect you to be a "sponge" with a relentless drive to win.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage high-value targets through strategic cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling.

Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a business’s current security posture and qualify lead fit based on our risk resilience frameworks.

Meeting Coordination: Successfully bridge the gap between initial interest and technical deep-dives by booking high-quality appointments for the senior advisory team.

CRM Hygiene: Act as the "Salesforce Pilot, " maintaining impeccable data integrity, tracking pipeline health, and ensuring all interactions are documented for precise forecasting.

The Translator: Take dense, technical cybersecurity concepts and explain them simply and professionally to business owners and non-technical stakeholders.

Follow-up Discipline: Manage a high-volume cadence of follow-ups to ensure no prospect is left behind and every lead is nurtured through the funnel.

Experience & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via email.

Technical Aptitude: While no prior cybersecurity experience is required, you must demonstrate a strong ability to learn complex software (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) and technical concepts quickly.

Resilience: A proven track record of overcoming objections and staying motivated in a high-rejection environment.

Work Ethic: Experience in a fast-paced environment where you had to manage your own time and priorities to hit specific KPIs.

Logistics & Culture

Location: Pune, India (Office-Based).

Hours & Flexibility: This role requires high flexibility. You must be able to align with US Eastern Time (EST) for initial training phases and for all client-facing appointments and team syncs.

Culture: High-trust, highly collaborative, and results-oriented.

Environment: A professional office setting in Pune that fosters mentorship and direct collaboration with the local team.
