Job Description
This role is an exceptional entry point into the music and music-finance industry for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a modern music company is built from the inside.
This role sits at the center of the company’s operating cadence and is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and eager to build a long-term career in the music business.
You will work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to strategic initiatives, and help keep one of the fastest-scaling companies in the music ecosystem running smoothly.
This role provides a unique front-row seat to a rapidly scaling music and fintech company, with direct and extensive exposure to the CEO, senior leadership, investors, and operators. It provides for a clear opportunity to grow into broader roles within Duetti over time.
You will:
- Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO, COO and other key leaders, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of coordination
- Own and manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones, balancing internal priorities, external meetings, and focused work time
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, logistics, and expense tracking
- Manage inbound communications (email, messages, calls), triaging priorities and drafting responses when appropriate
- Prepare, edit, and distribute presentations, memos, and briefing materials
- Organize and support executive-level meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior company leaders and internal teams, investors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Support cross-functional initiatives, special projects, and company-wide efforts as needed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of professional experience (internships and strong early-career experience welcome)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated high-achievement in academic, professional, or extracurricular environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and operate with minimal direction
- Comfort using modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, calendar systems)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented in fast-moving environments
- Strong interest in the music, media, or creator economy ecosystem
