As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be tasked with developing and executing online communication marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty. Dive into personalized and targeted email campaigns, customer segmentation, and optimized customer journeys using cutting-edge marketing automation tools. This position demands a profound understanding of email marketing best practices, data analysis, and a potent blend of creative and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement impactful email strategies for enhanced customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Lead SMS marketing initiatives for heightened customer engagement and tailored messaging campaigns.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize various marketing channels, including email.
  • Execute diverse email campaigns, covering lifecycle emails, promotions, newsletters, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align email initiatives with broader goals and brand messaging.
  • Employ marketing automation platforms for crafting automated email workflows, customer journeys, and lead nurturing.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analysis to refine email elements for improved performance.
  • Monitor key email metrics, including deliverability, open rates, click rates, and conversions.
  • Segment customer data for personalized communications based on demographics, behavior, and purchase history.
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing automation.
  • Provide regular reports to the marketing team on email campaign performance, trends, and optimization suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in email marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role, preferably in the eCommerce sector.
    • Demonstrated experience with online communication tools, including SMS, web push notifications, and app push notifications.
    • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
    • HTML, CSS, JS experience - An advantage.
    • Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and make data-driven decisions based on email marketing metrics.
    • Creative flair and design acumen to create visually appealing email templates and content.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, excelling both independently and as part of a team.
