About the role of a Marketing Partnerships Manager

GlassesUSA.com is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships and affiliate relationships to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and affiliate marketing strategy aligned with broader business goals
  • Identify and pursue new partnership/affiliate opportunities with complementary brands, influencers, publishers, and affiliate networks
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms and manage contract renewals with existing partners/affiliates
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to create compelling co-marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze performance data to optimize partner/affiliate payouts, placements, and promotional mechanics
  • Manage partner/affiliate relationships through consistent communication and engagement
  • Track, report on, and present partnership/affiliate channel performance metrics and ROI

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in partnership/affiliate marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of structuring and managing successful partnership/affiliate programs
  • Strong business acumen with experience negotiating contracts and commercial terms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize program performance
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g. Impact, Rakuten, etc.) - a big advantage
