Our growing Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Analyst.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is sharp, autodidactic, and collaborative.

You will deep dive into data, analyze patterns, identify trends, define, and develop KPIs and other measurement tools. Provide insights into the performance of our marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of ongoing analytical needs of the marketing department managers
  • Analyze the effectiveness of acquisition performance across multiple online and offline channels, providing actionable insight for data-led optimization
  • See beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for new opportunities
  • Design, conduct, and evaluate tests to steer the business
  • Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational marketing decisions
  • Ability to work across multiple data sources to research and capture the full activity
  • Develop new reporting framework and methods by using data and visualization tools

What we’re looking for:

  • Resourceful, proactive, a do-whatever-it-takes attitude, and a true team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • In depth understanding of the marketing ecosystem, user acquisition, funnels, cohorts, etc.
  • 3+ years of professional marketing analytics experience - a must
  • Extensive experience working with SQL – a must (BigQuery - advantage)
  • Proficient in Excel - a must
  • BS or MS degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or an equivalent background
  • Working knowledge of BI visualization/analytic tools like Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI (Tableau - Advantage)
  • Familiarity with Ad Platforms (i.e. Ads, Facebook, etc.)
  • Must be self-motivated, results driven, highly organized, have strong attention to details
  • Nice to have: basic JS, familiarity with Google Apps Scripts
  • Mother-tongue level English
