We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Manager to support and manage the execution of strategic PR and marketing campaigns. As a core member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless implementation of brand strategy while building and maintaining relationships with media professionals, agencies, bloggers, and journalists.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Coordination:
- Planning and execution of marketing and PR campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Manage and track campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
- Media & Public Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with publications, bloggers, journalists, and other media professionals.
- Securing media coverage through press releases, article submissions, and story pitches.
- Brand & Partnership Management:
- Coordinate internal and external workflows to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Collaborating proactively with external agencies and partner brands to execute joint campaigns and initiatives.
- Content Development & Monitoring:
- Contribute to creating press materials, digital assets, and other marketing assets.
- Craft compelling content for various channels, including email campaigns, social media, press releases, and the company website.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and US pop culture to provide insights for campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, strategic planning, marketing communications, or a similar role.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a good understanding of US culture and trends.
- Native-level proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage processes and relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in global companies is an advantage.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and digital platforms
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Role Located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv, Israel.
