General Manager – Fulfillment & Production Site (Atlanta, GA)

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage daily operations for fulfillment and production.
* Oversee a large team of production and logistics employees.
* Drive efficiency, process optimization, and operational excellence.
* Ensure timely order fulfillment and quality standards.
* Implement best practices in workforce management and automation.

Requirements:

* Strong background in operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
* Experience managing large production teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and efficiency.
* Hands-on leadership approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Experience in e-commerce or high-volume fulfillment centers is a plus.
