Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a production supervisor that will be responsible for managing employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. This position will also be essential for training and coaching employees, submitting reports on performance and progress, enforcing safety guidelines, and troubleshooting machine and equipment issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Leadership Experience (Lead or Supervisor level)
  • Experience with Eyewear Assembly Required
  • Experience with Optical Production Required
  • Prior Employee Management and Conflict Resolution Experience
  • Ecommerce Warehouse background, goods to person
  • High School GED required
  • Microsoft Suite & Google Suite Proficient

  • An individual capable of providing reports on key warehouse and production activities and results, as well as meeting key logistic goals.
  • An individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to coordinate with other managers and with employees.
  • An individual that has a proactive attitude and approach to problem solving.
  • An individual that is capable of offering constructive feedback on improvements to quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to move and walk for long periods of time, lift at minimum 50 lbs. Ability to assemble small items; requires hand dexterity.
  • An individual capable of building and working with a team.
  • An individual with strong leadership skills.

Job Type:

Full-time. On site.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 2 Openings: Day Shift (7AM - 3:30 PM) and Night Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
  • Overtime and Weekends may be required
