About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Expert. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing content, enhancing technical SEO, and driving organic growth through data, experimentation, and collaboration.

Working in a fast-paced, agile environment, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Content to amplify SEO impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal structured and unstructured data to identify SEO opportunities, both short and long term
  • Research and assess the current keyword landscape to identify gaps and new content opportunities
  • Conduct technical audits (log file analysis, site crawl, etc.) to ensure optimal crawlability and indexation
  • Audit and analyze backlink profiles to maintain a diverse, high-quality link network
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and optimize existing pages
  • Create performance reports that synthesize data across properties and provide insights into SEO health
  • Advocate for SEO best practices across teams to build a strong SEO culture
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Content Strategy, and Partnerships to implement SEO improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO, content marketing, and digital trends—and share relevant insights internally
  • Integrate Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices into the SEO strategy to align with evolving AI-driven search behavior

Your Skills

  • 4–5+ years of proven experience in SEO, ideally in global and export-oriented companies (non-Israeli market)
  • Deep hands-on expertise in all SEO domains: technical SEO, content optimization, link building, keyword research, and analytics
  • eCommerce SEO experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and adapting strategies for AI-powered search results
  • Strong analytical and technical capabilities; experience with tools like Excel or SQL is a must
  • Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Conductor, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and structured data (Schema.org)
  • Skilled in writing SEO-friendly meta descriptions and product copy; content marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience with link acquisition and external publisher outreach
  • Passion for learning, adapting, and innovating in the SEO and digital marketing space

Role located in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.
