Optimax is a leading vertically integrated e-commerce company headquartered in Tel Aviv, with global operations and a primary production and fulfillment facility in the U.S. We operate multiple platforms for selling eyeglasses to both B2C and B2B customers, combining technology, design, and world-class logistics to deliver exceptional products worldwide.

We are now seeking a visionary VP of Operations to join our leadership team in Israel. This executive role will oversee our U.S. headquarters facility and manage additional manufacturing sites worldwide — driving operational excellence, innovation, and scalability across our network.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in operations and supply chain leadership, including 5+ years at a senior level managing multi-site and global teams
• Strong background in fulfillment, logistics, procurement, and supply chain management in high-volume environments
• Proven track record implementing ERP systems, WMS, automation, and process optimization
• Ability to lead diverse, international teams across time zones and cultures
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (Hebrew proficiency a plus)
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing environments

Full-time and multi-site presence required.
