We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-driven Performance & Brand Motion Video Editor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in motion design who knows how to translate ideas into compelling, performance-driven video content. If you love crafting dynamic visuals, understand what makes ads convert, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Edit and produce performance-driven and brand videos for digital campaigns
  
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  
• Collaborate closely with creative & marketing teams to bring concepts to life
  
• Optimize content for social media platforms and ad performance
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing (agency or in-house)
  
• Strong background in marketing performance videos (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  
• Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro and After are a must)
  
• Eye for creative storytelling, pacing, and brand alignment
