About the role:
You'll own a product area for our B2B2C vision insurance product, setting strategy and leading the work that brings it to life. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can both shape the vision and drive the day-to-day.
What you'll do:
- Set and run a smart, data-backed product strategy in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Spot new ways to create real value for our users.
- Define what needs building, then lead the work end to end with designers and developers — making sure we solve the right problem, not just ship something.
- Run user research, and use what you learn to make our products simple, clear, and easy to use.
- Catch problems in the live product early, dig into the details, and find practical fixes fast.
- Lead work with outside partners and third-party tools when the project calls for it.
- Travel abroad several times a year, typically 1–2 weeks at a time, to work closely with teams.
What you bring:
- 3–5 years managing consumer-facing (B2C or B2B2C) products, with a track record of driving real business results — e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
- Experience building for the US market, with a feel for what American users expect.
- Comfortable working in short, iterative cycles (agile).
- Strong sense for good user experience.
- A proven knack for getting cross-functional teams aligned and moving — even when no one reports to you.
- Clear, confident communication, both written and spoken.
- Fluent English and Hebrew; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
- Self-starter who takes on more, acts independently, weighs risks, and goes after opportunities.
- Equally at home on the creative side and the analytical side, you let data guide your decisions.
- Sharp attention to detail while juggling several projects, staying steady under pressure, and hitting deadlines.
- Hands-on with AI tools like Gemini and Claude for product discovery and idea generation — ideally using them to solve real problems, not just experiment.
- A natural leader inside the company.
- Positive, organized, creative, and driven.
