To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated Workplace Associate part-time for our Workplace team at our Berlin HQ.

🎯 What you will contribute:

• Daily Front Desk operations including deliveries, post, keys and fobs, welcoming guests, and miscellaneous Employee requests
• Back office management working on the Confluence info Center, and the Workplace ticketing system
• Helping with planning, executing, and engaging in Team Events both at the office and virtually with Bee Remote Admin
• Overlooking Meeting rooms calendar and support booking

🤝 What you bring:

• Experience in Workplace, facilities, and vendor management
• Proficient working knowledge of Jira
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with being an integrated part of a People & Culture team
• Strong multitasker with strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to balance conflicting demands
• Solid understanding of state-of-the-art workplace services, and best practices and curiosity to learn more
