We are looking for a dynamic self-driven Salesforce professional, with extensive technical knowledge in Salesforce, to join our Business Applications team.

The ideal candidate is a master of Salesforce that knows how a state of the art Salesforce instance looks like, and can bring our Salesforce to this level. The position requires heavy hands-on involvement, implementation of best practices, project management skills, assertiveness, innovation, coping with a fast-paced environment, and using exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Approach: hands-on involvement in projects and tasks, implementation of business requirements, demonstrating salesforce expertise, mentor other team members, commitment to delivery, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Project Management: work with business stakeholders, leverage extensive experience to design and implement Salesforce solutions for cross-company processes that align with organizational goals. Leverage the latest Salesforce developments and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Work in a high-paced environment: work under pressure, adapt to last-minute changes, be flexible and resilient to adjust strategies and plans as business goals evolve.
• Integrations: oversee the development and implementation of interface solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems like Zuora CPQ, Hubspot, DocuSign, ChilliPiper, EverAfter, MixMax, Modjo and more.

Requirements:

• Extensive Salesforce technical experience (5+ years) including best practices, architecture, development, implementation, automations, administration, and business analysis (Apex programming is a big advantage).
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
• Proven project management capabilities, practicing agile working methods.
• Previous experience in a global SaaS company and high-paced environment.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent stakeholders management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree.
• Fluent English.
