We’re looking for a highly experienced Social Media Manager and Creator to join our team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will shape and promote Guesty’s story through engaging, compelling and performance-driven content optimized for a variety of channels. Guesty is transforming the hospitality industry, impacting thousands of businesses and millions of travelers across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to develop original content and tell the story of the future of travel.

We are seeking an agile, creative thinker who is a social media connoisseur and experienced in creating content across channels. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. This role also requires expertise in content creation, including writing, visual storytelling, and preferably video editing.


  • Develop and manage Guesty’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for B2B and B2C platforms
  • Create, curate, and produce high-quality content (posts, videos, graphics) for social media platforms.
  • Video content creation or editing is a huge plus.
  • Work closely with marketing, business development, product, customer success, and design teams to align social media efforts with overall company objectives and develop impactful assets.
  • Maintain a content calendar for consistent posting cadence and campaign alignment.
  • Develop relationships and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including negotiating contracts, tracking performance, and reporting on ROI.
  • Master analytics tools to track, measure, and report on social media performance and keep the relevant stakeholders informed


  • Native English speaker a must
  • +4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • Strong writing, graphic design, and video editing skills, with a portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and impact.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing partnership campaigns
