Guesty is seeking a creative and experienced Events Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team in Tel Aviv, for a temporary maternity leave cover for 7 months. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, this role will support our global marketing strategy by producing both in-person and virtual events, from conferences to meetups.

  • Develop, plan, execute, and measure Guesty’s event initiatives globally, including trade shows, conferences, and meetups, both in-person and virtually - with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee the planning and logistics for in-person and virtual events, including venue sourcing, merchandise, printed sales materials, booth design, and more.
  • Track key earned speaking opportunities as well as sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, trade show leaders, associations, Guesty’s Marketplace partners, and industry organizations, uncovering relevant opportunities for event participation.
  • Lead the creation of event communications and promotion to drive meaningful attendance and engagement with key prospects, partners, and customers.
  • Work with teams across the company – from Sales to Strategy to Product - to identify and evaluate new event opportunities that will position Guesty as a thought leader and bring the right leads into our pipeline.
  • Work with the wider Marketing team (Communications/Content & Performance) to promote each event in order to drive meaningful attendance and high engagement.
  • Generate in-depth reports with our performance team to showcase event ROI.



  • 2+ years in event marketing/field marketing, working for or on behalf of B2B software companies (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience planning and managing logistics for company participation in conferences and trade shows - a plus
  • Near Native English speaker - a must
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, to meet tight deadlines and to align with marketing budgets
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexible work schedule and the willingness to travel
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce - a plus
  • A marketing/and or communications degree - a plus
