We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of the workforce management as well as workflow projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large, complex projects, and will be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Workforce Management which includes but not limited to:
  • Capacity planning and forecasting volume
  • Schedule management
  • Utilization Management
  • Performance reporting and analysis
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring that team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Establish project governance and ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in workforce management
  • Experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • LEAN / Six Sigma certification is a plus
