The Financial Management product line is a key component of our platform, helping property managers optimize their sales to ensure accurate cash flow.
We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Manager with expertise in B2C or SMB products, A/B testing, flow definition and event tracking. This person will excel at writing specifications, working closely with R&D, and managing complex details to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Group Product Manager to drive and scale our Payment product suite. You will be responsible for defining and executing our global offering. We need a Product Lead who is ready to deliver secure and robust high-quality payment solutions, delivering ambitious business goals. You'll be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy, setting and measuring key results, and ensuring the team remains focused on outcomes that drive growth.
As an experienced PM, you will operate seamlessly between the big-picture strategy and the hands-on detail, knowing when to drive broad initiatives and when to focus on refining the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy: Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve ambitious business goals and reach market fit
- Drive iterative development: Lead the team in building, testing, and refining the product, with a focus on ensuring a seamless user experience
- Engage with management: Collaborate closely with executive management to align product strategy with company objectives and provide regular strategic updates
- Data-driven decision-making: Establish KPIs, analyze data, and use insights to drive decision-making and ensure alignment with key results
- Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with business leadership, executive stakeholders, engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other product teams to deliver value constantly and iteratively
- Lead and mentor the team: Inspire, guide, and mentor product managers, cultivating a culture of customer focus, experimentation, and continuous learning
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of setting ambitious product strategies and roadmaps in the payments and fintech areas
- 2+ years of product management experience with a focus on payments, such as payment gateways, ACH, credit card processing, and fraud prevention.
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in fintech and payment technologies.
- Experience with UI-heavy, self-serve products on desktop, with a user-centric approach that includes an eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Data expertise and strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track success metrics, and use data to make informed decisions. Able to interpret data and connect it to high-level business goals
- Strong ability to navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- Demonstrated experience in working effectively with executive management for alignment and communicating complex ideas clearly
- Leadership and collaboration: Proven experience mentoring product managers, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating across marketing, design, engineering, and operations. Strong communication, presentation skills, and a collaborative nature
- Team player who can also take independent initiative, comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, iterative environment
