We are seeking a skilled Automation and Integration Engineer to join our team in Manila or Cebu.

As an Automation and Integration Engineer at Guesty, you’ll design, build, and maintain internal and external automations, connecting critical business systems and processes to improve efficiency and drive growth. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of systems, helping Guesty scale effectively.

You will play a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and enabling teams to work smarter across the organization.

Work Model: This role is open in Manila and Cebu. Work model details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Build Integrations: You'll create and manage end-to-end integrations between various systems, including our customer service platforms (Zendesk), CRM (Salesforce), Billing and internal tools (i.e. Slack, Google Workspace).
• Develop Automation Workflows: You'll build, test, and maintain robust automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, and custom code.
• Write Custom Scripts: When off-the-shelf solutions aren't sufficient, you'll use your coding skills in languages like Python or JavaScript to build custom integrations, APIs, and data processing scripts.
• Leverage AI: You'll integrate and use AI APIs and services to enhance automations.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: You'll monitor and maintain existing integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Collaborate and Communicate: You'll work closely with business teams to understand their needs and develop effective integration solutions.
• Document Everything: You'll create clear, detailed documentation for all integrations and processes to ensure they are easily understood and maintained by the team.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: You have hands-on experience designing, building, and managing system integrations and automation workflows.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript for building custom scripts and APIs.
• Proficiency with automation/Low-code platforms like n8n or Make.
• Deep understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL) and webhooks.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
• Experience with relational databases and data manipulation is a plus.
• A Problem Solver: You can break down complex business requirements into clear, technical solutions.
• Excellent Communicator: You can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Independent and Proactive: You take initiative, can work with minimal supervision, and are driven to improve processes.
• Team-Oriented: You work well in a collaborative environment and are eager to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
