We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Barcelona!
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Provide HR coordination support
Requirements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced global tech company.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with HR coordination – an advantage.
