As we expand, we're looking for exceptional individuals to join our HyperGuest family and drive the development and marketing of our game-changing distribution and commerce technology for the global hotel industry.

We are currently seeking a Director of Business Development for the APAC region, who will collaborate closely with hotel chains and travel companies, including tour operators, OTAs, TMCs, agencies, and consortia. To excel in this role, you should possess a compelling sales personality, be an attentive listener, and exhibit a relentless hunter mentality for pursuing and closing new business deals. A proven track record in leading sales processes within large hotel and demand groups is essential. Thriving in a global startup environment and collaborating effectively with an international team are integral aspects of this position.


  • Cultivate relationships with hotel groups to establish partnerships and finalize business deals.
  • Initiate and successfully conclude business deals with travel demand businesses.
  • Conduct research to identify untapped opportunities within organizations and among individuals.
  • Elevate the value of existing customers while attracting new ones.
  • Identify and develop new markets while refining sales strategies.
  • Participate in conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay at the forefront.
  • Craft quotes and proposals tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Set and achieve ambitious goals for business growth.


  • In-depth familiarity with the hotel and demand industry, including key players.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly with large and medium hotel chains/networks.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in managing complex projects and multitasking.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to excel independently, take initiative, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
