Description
HyperGuest is a dynamic start-up company that develops groundbreaking, game-changing technology for the international travel industry. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and be a vital part of our international growth and global expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and retaining top talent while supporting our employees and ensuring a positive work environment and continuity of internal HR processes.
This temporary position will take place from October-May, and will be based in our Ramat Gan office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with local and global hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic HR support throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding processes - local and global
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and HR administration tasks as needed.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.)
- 3+ years experience as an Talent acquisition partner with a strong track record in full-cycle global recruitment, in a high-tech environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Fluent English.
