Description
HyperGuest is a fast-growing travel-tech startup, transforming the way hotels and travel sellers connect and do business. Our cutting-edge B2B connectivity platform enables seamless, direct integrations between accommodation providers and demand partners worldwide.
We are expanding our presence in Latin America and are looking for a strong Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Brazilian market.
You will be responsible not only for acquiring new partners, but also for developing and growing relationships with existing accounts, ensuring long-term value and success.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new partners in the Brazilian travel & hospitality market
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Grow and expand existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct market and stakeholder research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Onboarding, Support, Product) to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing success
- Represent HyperGuest at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Prepare tailored proposals, commercial offers, and pricing quotes
- Own revenue targets for your territory and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in Travel Tech or Hospitality (hotels, OTAs, tour operators, channel managers, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles
- Strong understanding of B2B commercial processes in the travel industry
- Experience managing client relationships beyond the sales phase (Account Management mindset)
- Demonstrated ability to drive both new business and account growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytics and negotiation skills
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience working with SaaS or B2B platforms
- Familiarity with connectivity, distribution, or hotel tech solutions
- Experience working with international, cross-functional teams
