About the role:

As a Payroll Manager and Bookkeeper at Immunai, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes in Israel and the US, as well as global bookkeeping responsibilities.

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid)

What will you do?

  • Prepare and manage end-to-end payroll processes in Israel
  • Act as a point of reference for employees regarding payroll queries
  • Own US salary materials vis-a-vis our US payroll platform (Trinet)
  • Review and control reimbursement of employee expenses in the US & Israel
  • Review and process payments to suppliers
  • Responsible for several global bank accounts
  • Conduct monthly account reconciliation as well as intercompany transactions
  • Manage bank adjustments, handle customer invoices and withholding tax
  • Responsible for payments to tax authorities (income tax and social security)
  • Apply cash receipts and investigate unidentified payments and balances
  • Prepare cash-flow forecasts and cash flow management
  • Prepare month-end closing and reconciliations

Required qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping qualification Level 2 - a must; Level 3 - an advantage
  • Certified payroll accountant - an advantage
  • 7 years of bookkeeping experience working in a global high-tech company
  • Deep knowledge of Israel payroll laws
  • Knowledge of US payroll practices and working with payroll providers (Trinet) - an advantage
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Netsuite) - an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team player and service-oriented
