The position is for an 18-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of an extension or proposal for permanent.

How you will make an impact

  • Work directly with Sofia site-lead and the global People team in a small-to medium-sized, fast-growing, award-winning Fin-tech startup
  • Support HR operations (including employee records, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding), recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and ensure office space is well-maintained, take care of hardware management and new equipment
  • Plan and execute various company events
  • Assist in accounting tasks such as expense tracking, reimbursement, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records related to office operations, company's compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience in office management and coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
