The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced product team leader to join the Unity product supply team and lead our industry leading mediation platform.

This manager will play a pivotal role in our high growth, industry leading supply side products, responsible for guiding the product development process, collaborating with stakeholders, external and internal clients and mentoring team members to ensure successful product launches.

What you'll be doing

• Manage platform: Manage our industry leading supply platform, impacting directly on the company's business
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a highly skilled cross-functional product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business goals, and communicates this vision effectively to the team
• Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Lead the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution. Identify opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies and roadmap in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
• Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, external & internal customers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and transparency

What we're looking for

• 5+ years experience in product management for an online Software company
• 3+ years of experience as a people manager leading PM teams
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to meet ambitious goals
• Proven technical background with understanding hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Proven track record of product management experience, successfully bringing complex products to market and achieving significant business impact

• Understanding of the online ad tech industry
• Proven track record of leading a high scale platform
• Experience with working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
