Unity Aura, a large-scale revolutionary mobile platform, used across 150M devices worldwide, is looking for a top-notch DevOps Platform Engineer to join us! The Platform Engineering team at Aura by Unity is part of the DevOps and Infrastructure group. Their primary objective is to streamline development processes, standardize best practices, and provide tools and capabilities that enhance the development experience and improve delivery efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Implement and manage GitOps concepts using tools like Github Actions and Jenkins, ensuring continuous delivery and deployment of applications.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure as code, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, develop code solutions, and provide tools that enhance their development and deployment capabilities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability of systems.

What we're looking for

• Experience with cloud computing (e.g. Amazon, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge and experience with monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing production systems, including during off-hours and weekend shifts
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with two or more development languages (such as Python/JavaScript/Golang)
• Experience with Infra as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane

You might also have

• Experience with design an implementing developer portal system such as Backstage
• Knowledge in Data workloads and component such as Kafka, Airflow, Spark, Aerospike and EMR
• Experience in GitOps methodology and tools (e.g. ArgoCD)
